This is Avaya’s most popular IP phone system for small to medium customers. For On Hold connection, the IP Office uses a standard 1/8″ mini plug. The system can also store a 30 second WAV file using the standard Voicemail Lite option. The Voicemail Pro option offers larger capacities for playing the WAV file. Loading a new WAV file for On Hold is done by a certified phone technician.
